• Office Manager of non-profit organization for over 4 years.  Assisted Board of Directors, trained employees and provided customer service to the organization’s membership.  Patience and gratitude were key traits needed for this position.
  
  
• Learned Real Estate industry practices from the ground up and was Office Administrator for a full practice real estate firm in 2 months! The ability to think on her feet and assist Realtors in sometimes high-stressed situations was instrumental to her success.
  
  
• Assisted the sick and elderly as a Nurse’s Assistant. Interacted with patients who were often senile and combatant. Darlene was often told that she reminded them of their granddaughter. Once a patient told her “I Love You” after she finished spoon feeding the patient because she was too weak to do so herself.  Compassion was crucial for this line of work. Darlene was only 20 years old at the time.
